While in Toronto, Berith Myrvold learned and avidly taught rughooking. She made longtime friends who stayed connected when her family moved back to Norway in 1990. Her room sized rugs kept hands and mind occupied and are enjoyed today by family members.
The traditional finecut style was her specialty.
On the Collector’s Card in March 2000 she said: “Hooking is nice and well in Norway. I feel that when you have first gotten into this beautiful hobby, you can never put it away. there is one thing to complain about – there are not enough hours in the day.”
